Chronic atopic dermatitis
History: Chronic pruritus due to the presence of Atopy and food allergy. Intense erythema, hyperpigmentation and generalised alopecia.
Day 1: Malassezia and bacterial overgrowth present.
Day 30: Favourable evolution of the patient treated with shampoo therapy (KANGOO PYO and ATOPIC), hydrolysed diet, ciclosporin, ketoconazole and IMAGINE DERMO (Omega 3 + tyndallized probiotics).
Disappearance of erythema and pruritus. Hair starts to grow again.
